FIXING UNSUPPORTED SIGNAL
When you launch the app and click Record Video, you get the Unsupported Signal message popping up. Here is the solution to fix this problem.
Click Settings from the home page.
In the menu on the left, click Video Capture (1) then enable Using the Blackmagic camera as a recording source in the Rapidmooc application (2), and Save (3).
If you enable this option and want to use a webmeeting app, then select HDMI+ Capture as the audio and video source in this tool.
You can now go back to Record Video, the message Unsupported Signal should no longer be displayed.
